Finding one of the local organisers

Local organisers can be recognised by a blue banner on their badge. For any problems or issues, please reach out to one of us.

If no local organiser is nearby, you can reach Henderik Proper on his mobile number that is given in the welcome email.

Registration

From Monday to Friday, the registration desk will be open:

• Monday and Tuesday at the Favoritenstraße
• Wednesday to Friday at the Karlsplatz

Your badge contains vouchers for lunch and icons for registered days. Bring it to all social events.

Note: The "Mayor’s Reception” on Tuesday evening is open for all participants.

You can also pick up a pen and notepad at the registration desk.

WiFi

TU Wien offers Eduroam WiFi and a guest network. Vouchers for guest WiFi are available at the registration desk.

Lunch

Lunch will be in the mensa, with a dedicated line and seating for CAiSE attendees. See:

As noted, the "Mayor’s Reception” on Tuesday evening is open to all attendees.

Towards a greener CAiSE

In the Prechtlsaal during the main conference days, there will be a poster wall with brown paper and sticky notes to collect ideas on making CAiSE greener.
